With the forecast for tonight and tomorrow for sleet, snow and gusting winds, it probably comes as a surprise to no one that the ride will not officially happen.

Tonight: Periods of snow possibly mixed with sleet, mainly after midnight. Low around 24. Breezy, with a east southeast wind around 22 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Saturday: Periods of snow. High near 30. Breezy, with a east southeast wind around 22 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches possible.

It's the moment you've all been waiting for! The MWCMR series schedule is finally complete. These are the 7 races that will make up the 2007 series. This year, only your five best results will count for the final standings, so if you have a bad day or can't make it to one of the races, it won't matter. (But you should still do all 7... just because racing is fun!)

BIKE SWAP!

This Sunday everyone should check out the annual Twin Cities Bike Swap, taking place in the gym at the St. Paul Academy. This thing is huge. Tons of stuff to buy, from brand spankin' new carbon forks to "vintage" stuff from somebody's garage to clothing samples to delicious brownies and Peace Coffee. Even if you don't want to buy anything, everyone you know will be there... we promise. It's a great place to catch up with people you haven't seen in months.

Plus, MWCMR will have its own table! This is your chance to meet some of the people who are heading this effort up and to ask any questions you may have. Please stop by and say hello if you're around!
